We are looking for a Human Resource Coordinator to join our team to share our values and vision. This position will be responsible for a variety of HR administrative duties and functions including recruitment, advertising, completing intake procedures, consulting clients as required, data entry, providing administrative assistance to the Agency Directors and other duties as needed.

The successful applicant should have:

• 1 – 2 years of administrative experience, previous HR experience is preferred.
• Diploma/ Degree preferably in Human Resources or Disability service or Social work.
• Must have at least one year experience in Human Service field.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Also has an aptitude to learn other software as required.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
• Decision-making skill

Salary

$ 19.25 to $24.50 /hour
